We are looking to hire a Presale lead to join our team.
In this role you will be responsible for the preparation and maintenance of high quality and complete proposals and marketing materials as well as on carrying out demonstration of advanced technologies to clients worldwide.
Presales are responsible for creating that critical first impression that communicates our value proposition, capability, and professionalism to our existing and potential clients.
As a Presale you’ll have the opportunity to be creative when explaining the companies' ever-improving portfolio, our selling points, while working closely with various internal colleagues and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to make sure the content is up to date and accurate, as well as assist the business development team with ad-hoc requests.
Key Responsibilities
· Demo advances technological solutions to customers and partners worldwide.
· Manage demos end-to-end from including coordination with customer, logistics, transportation, system testing and equipment preparation up to a successful demo
· Deliver high quality proposals that impress, and are clear, concise, and easy to read
· Understand a prospect’s needs and objectives, positioning our solutions and services to explain how we best meet them
· Conduct ongoing content review refresh cycles with SMEs
· Follow up with key stakeholders and SMEs as needed
· Engage with different teams (Finance, Legal, Product, Security) to gather information to respond to requests
· Market research
· Budget estimations
Requirements:
· Experience working with tactical systems in a presale role
· Strong written and spoken English capabilities, any additional language is an advantage
· Availability to travel frequently in short notice.
· Great crowd facing capabilities
· Able to write, edit and proofread routine correspondence, proposals, and presentations.
· Advanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
· Creative thinking, problem solving skills, and detail oriented.
· Show initiative and proactivity and be flexible working in a changing environment with high stress and tight deadlines.
· Proven ability to multitask, solve problems spontaneously and rapidly
· Self-motivated and able to drive and achieve in unstructured and structured environments, working in and across international internal and external teams
