DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | About the role
Exclusive Networks Israel is expanding the team and is looking for a Presales Engineer, reporting directly to local company management.
As a Presales Engineer, you will:
- Be responsible for presenting the company's products, solutions and architecture to business partners and end customers. Install, configure, and manage products for the vendors to which you were assigned.
- Provide ongoing technical support for salespeople and product managers. Management and coordination with the internal teams to address all technical aspects outlined by the Vendors.
- Plan and execute technical workshops, events, and activities aimed at ensuring product reputation. Write technical documents and building presentations for the products.
- Be responsible for the training and agreements of the business partners
- Have the ability to understand the market and competitors
- Collaboration with the Sales Team to follow up on new projects, provide technical support, and assist in planning demos and Proof of Concept (PoC) sessions to ensure customer satisfaction
- Fully complete and pass all vendor required certifications.
- Be responsible for the end-to-end technical sales process: characterization of the solution, submission of quotes, establishment of a laboratory, POC, response to tenders.
- Engagement with the Marketing team and customers to create new value-added services or expand the number of services, meeting the service Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
The ideal Presales Engineer:
- 3 years+ of experience in customer support / presale roles
- Experience in negotiations with strategic and global clients
- Experience in Cloud/IT/CYBER
- Knowledge and understanding of technological worlds - experience working with products such as: EDR, Firewall, Email Security, OT security, WAF, Web Security, Authentication, Switching & Routing
- Vendor certifications, as per our portfolio.
- Experience working with technological decision makers (CISO, CIO, etc.)
- Ability to work independently combined with teamwork
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Independent learning ability, diligence and the ability to motivate proceedings
- High presentation and reporting skills
