DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | About the role

Exclusive Networks Israel is expanding the team and is looking for a Presales Engineer, reporting directly to local company management.

As a Presales Engineer, you will:

• Be responsible for presenting the company's products, solutions and architecture to business partners and end customers. Install, configure, and manage products for the vendors to which you were assigned.
• Provide ongoing technical support for salespeople and product managers. Management and coordination with the internal teams to address all technical aspects outlined by the Vendors.
• Plan and execute technical workshops, events, and activities aimed at ensuring product reputation. Write technical documents and building presentations for the products.
• Be responsible for the training and agreements of the business partners
• Have the ability to understand the market and competitors
• Collaboration with the Sales Team to follow up on new projects, provide technical support, and assist in planning demos and Proof of Concept (PoC) sessions to ensure customer satisfaction
• Fully complete and pass all vendor required certifications.
• Be responsible for the end-to-end technical sales process: characterization of the solution, submission of quotes, establishment of a laboratory, POC, response to tenders.
• Engagement with the Marketing team and customers to create new value-added services or expand the number of services, meeting the service Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  
  

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE | About you

The ideal Presales Engineer:

• 3 years+ of experience in customer support / presale roles 
• Experience in negotiations with strategic and global clients
• Experience in Cloud/IT/CYBER
• Knowledge and understanding of technological worlds - experience working with products such as: EDR, Firewall, Email Security, OT security, WAF, Web Security, Authentication, Switching & Routing
• Vendor certifications, as per our portfolio.
• Experience working with technological decision makers (CISO, CIO, etc.)
• Ability to work independently combined with teamwork
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Independent learning ability, diligence and the ability to motivate proceedings
• High presentation and reporting skills
