Product Manager

Location: Tel Aviv (railway strip).

About the Job

We are seeking a Product Manager who is passionate about building products that customers love.
You will join a dynamic environment and work closely with other Product team members, R&D, and Field/Sales teams to ensure Sepio translates identified opportunities into comprehensive user journeys and product features.

Responsibilities

Must have:

Drive feature discovery initiatives by gathering stakeholder feedback, designing, and validating solutions to ensure they align with user needs and expectations.
Develop, manage, and communicate a strategic product roadmap that reflects organizational goals and priorities.
Oversee roadmap execution by collaborating closely with R&D teams, providing guidance, tracking progress, and ensuring the successful achievement of desired outcomes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize features, focusing on business impact and delivering customer value.
Clearly articulate product features, benefits, and roadmaps to both internal teams and external stakeholders.
Support the creation of product demonstrations, documentation, and presentations, and actively participate in customer engagements to showcase product capabilities.
Requirements
A minimum of 1 year of experience as a product or project manager.
Proven ability to manage tasks and projects end-to-end, including defining, planning, and executing them successfully.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
A degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or an equivalent knowledge base.
Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies and gain proficiency with complex products.
Strong leadership, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in spoken and written English.
Can-do attitude.
Nice to Have
Hands-on experience with agile product development methodologies.
Experience of working in a fast-growing start-up environment.
Technical proficiency in network security and endpoint protection.
