Technical Support – Student position

We’re looking for a student to join our support team for 80% capacity.

Who are we?

We’re an established hi-tech company in the heart of Tel Aviv. We have products that help programmers write healthy code.

What will you do?

As part of our support team, you will Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features, work with our development team to solve customers’ issues, help with documentation, QA on the product and more. Dedicate 50% of the time with technical marketing as: blog-posts, webinars, tutorials, posting in social media etc.

What you bring to the table:

At least 1.5-2 years left to finish your BSc in Computer Science
Availability to work in 80% position (4 days a week)
Basic Knowledge in C# or C++
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Love to learn new things. Can learn by yourself (autodidact).
Team player
Great English – Written and spoken (a must)
