Prompt & Legal Analyst

As part of our commitment to excellence and growth, we are seeking a Prompt & Legal Analyst to join us and contribute to our vision of redefining the real estate landscape through cutting-edge solutions.

In this role, you will be instrumental in improving and maintaining our AI Prompts Pipelines, ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our data-driven decision-making processes and extracting insights from our Customers Raw Data using our AI Agents. If you have a keen eye for detail, a knack for solving complex problems, and a love for AI, we want to hear from you.

The Prompt Analyst will develop, evaluate, and optimize prompts for Large Language Models (LLMs), working collaboratively across teams to optimize the capabilities and performance of our AI-driven solutions and help on board and support handling all customers dynamic data.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities
Problem Analysis: Break down complex challenges into actionable components and design effective prompt structures for Large Language Models (LLMs) to meet diverse business needs.
Innovation & Research: Investigate and implement best practices in prompt engineering while embracing creative, out-of-the-box approaches when necessary.
Collaboration: Work alongside cross-functional teams (customer success, product, data science, and engineering), gain deep understanding of the business needs and apply this understanding in the developing, refining, and integrating AI-driven features.
Lifecycle Management: Utilize our internal tools to oversee the entire prompt engineering lifecycle, including dataset creation, error analysis, testing, and optimization.
Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Gemini, and emerging models) and apply innovative methodologies to improve our AI outcomes.
Qualifications
You must have strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
You must be self-motivated & autodidact. We’re looking for someone with a proactive mindset, precision savvy, results oriented and autodidaction capabilities.
You must have technical expertise. We want you to have significant familiarity with major Large Language Models and prompt engineering techniques.
You must have technical proficiency. We want you to have experience with data formats (JSON, XML, CSV) and working with APIs through code.
Your experience: 2+ years in data analysis, AI research, product research, or related fields.
You must be independent. We want you to take initiative, own your responsibilities, and apply judgment when the path isn’t fully clear.
You must be a people’s person, with good communication skills and a positive attitude.

Bonus Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering & Management, Information Systems, or related field.
Experience with Python, TypeScript, or JavaScript.
Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
Hands-on experience with tools or frameworks for LLM development and experimentation.
