Senior UX/UI Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior UX/UI Engineer to lead our design efforts and ensure that all user interactions with our products are intuitive, effective, and engaging. This role is integral to transforming complex telecom B2B solutions into user-friendly experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Design Leadership: Take full responsibility for all aspects of user experience and user interface across Radcom’s suite of products.

Collaboration: Work closely with the VP of Product Management and other key stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.

Hands-On Design: Create high-fidelity UI/UX designs in Figma, from initial concept through to final implementation.

UI Development: Build and maintain a product UI library, ensuring consistency and reusability across various products.

User-Centered Improvements: Continuously evaluate and enhance existing product features based on usability tests, customer feedback, and analytics.

Strategic Input: Contribute to strategic planning and vision, particularly regarding user experience and design trends.

Qualifications

Experience: At least 5 years of professional experience in UX/UI design, particularly in web and mobile applications.

Industry Knowledge: Proven experience in B2B solutions, with a strong advantage given to experience in the telecom sector.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Figma and other design tools; experience building UI libraries.

Portfolio: A strong portfolio that demonstrates a deep understanding of UX/UI principles, especially in complex systems.

Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Education: A bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus.
