About The Position

Elmo Motion Control ((A Bosch Company) is seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring to meet the evolving needs of our organization. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective recruitment. The ideal candidate will have at least 1-2 years background in recruitment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with candidates and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop job descriptions.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
Manage the candidate experience, ensuring timely communication and a positive experience.
Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
Minimum of 1-2 years recruiting in operations and production positions.
Proven track record of successfully filling positions across various functions and levels.
Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
English- good level
