We’re looking for our next QA Engineer.

This is a full-time position in Kiryay Yam.

Responsibilitie

Planning and executing tests for systems and arrays composed of multidisciplinary subsystems.
Defining the necessary testing tools to identify system faults in all required aspects, managing faults.
Writing test specifications and test run result documents, and managing work plans for testing.

Requirements

At least a high school diploma.
Preferably a technician/engineer in the following fields: software, electronics, physics, biomedical engineering.
Graduate of a conversion course/testing course.
Advantage for ISTQB certification or software testing course (military or civilian).
Extensive experience in testing complex systems (over 3 years), preferably with experience in testing operational systems.
Knowledge of communication protocols such as TCP/IP, RS422, SNMP, Web Socket, REST API.
Experience with network message monitoring tools, load, and performance testing.
Understanding and knowledge of software testing methodologies, including proficiency in the software life cycle and integrating tests within it.
Advantage for specialization in one or more of the following areas:Operational systems for mission planning, information fusion (command and control systems), integrated operational weapons systems.
Advantage for familiarity with open source automated tools for software testing and development in Web and microservices environments.
Advantage for familiarity with automated tools.
