abra R&D is looking for a Data & AI-Driven Digital Analyst!

Join our innovative digital team in a key role that blends data analysis, automation, and AI integration. As a Digital Analyst, you’ll be responsible for improving app performance and user experience by leveraging log analytics tools, writing automation scripts, and embedding cutting-edge LLM (Large Language Model) capabilities into internal processes.

Responsibilities:

Analyze user traffic and behavior patterns across the bank's mobile application using Splunk and advanced log analytics.
Develop advanced SPL queries and interactive dashboards for real-time service and product monitoring.
Write and maintain Python-based automation scripts for data analysis and insight generation.
Build internal AI-driven tools using APIs of leading LLM platforms (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral) to support operational processes such as log investigation, anomaly detection, and incident documentation.
Incorporate AI capabilities into UX analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and user pain points.
Improve incident response time by building predictive and real-time analytical tools that assist decision-making.

REQUIREMENTS

Must have:

Proven experience as a Senior Data Analyst with deep understanding of business processes, ability to build and manage databases, and present insights through visual dashboards – Mandatory
2–3 years of hands-on experience with Splunk, including complex SPL queries, custom dashboards, reports, and real-time alerts – Mandatory
2–3 years of experience with Python for automation and data processing – Mandatory
Practical experience working with LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI GPT, Anthropic, Mistral) to build internal tools and decision-support automations – Mandatory
Experience analyzing production traffic and logs from mobile/web applications – Mandatory

Nice to have:

Experience developing AI-based solutions within a tech organization – Advantage
