We are looking for a talented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the People & Culture team! In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to work across departments within Minute Media. If you have a passion for recruitment, working with hiring managers, and HR, and finding diverse and high-performing talent, this role is for you!

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with HRBP’s and hiring managers to identify talent needs and proactively build talent pipelines.
Responsible for sourcing, engaging, and presenting qualified candidates across all of our departments with a focus on tech recruiting.
Responsible for creating inclusive job descriptions, posting on job boards, sourcing diverse candidates on LinkedIn, coordinating interviews, conducting reference checks, and drafting employment agreements.
Track recruitment data and leverage analytics to identify opportunities for process improvements and optimize efficiency.
Strategize different ways to build talent pipelines and execute tactical research and referral generation.
Option to take part in HR Specialist responsibilities, depending on future business needs.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
3-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally within Tech and Product teams at start-up companies.
Verbal and written communication skills in English - Must
Experience with the Comeet recruiting system, including data analysis, employment contracts, AI functionalities, etc.
Proven success in managing the entire recruitment lifecycle and filling roles across various disciplines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and accurately.
