Global Marketing Manager, CDA Industrial Applications

Unit description:
This position is responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans for our CDA industrial applications (biofilm treatment in industrial membranes, cooling towers, paper production) products.

What will your responsibilities be?

- Create and establish the value proposition of the CDA for Industrial applications
- Develop the CDA industrial applications business and ensure its penetration and growth globally, while working with our sales team globally
- Recommend strategic initiatives for the business and implement such strategies as approved by senior management
- Responsible for the communication in different media in order to serve the business
- Analyze market trends and collect unmet needs of the relevant value chains
- Work with the R&D teams to develop creative solutions for unmet needs in the market, while broadening our portfolio and strengthening our value proposition
- Lead technical resources to ensure the product line is best suited to the needs of the targeted market segments and is well positioned competitively against direct competitors and functional substitutes
- P&L responsibility

What are we looking for?

- Academic Degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, Natural Science or other relevant degree
- Previous experience in marketing or Business support
- Proven experience and familiarity with water treatment market- an advantage
- Strong capability to lead strategy from ideation through to execution
- Ability to lead a global team, with excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong market understanding with a focus on identifying significant trends
- Analyze and implement product positioning strategies
- Understanding of global branding
- Ability to think creatively and solve problems
- Pro-active and self-starter
- Willing to travel globally
- English – Excellent
