Global Marketing ManagerCompany: OFIL LTDLocation: Ness Ziona, IsraelAbout OFILOFIL LTD is a global technology company specializing in advanced UV inspection solutions and diagnostic software for the electrical power industry.We are looking for a creative, proactive, and hands-on Global Marketing Manager to take full ownership of our global marketing activities.We are particularly interested in marketing professionals with experience in small to mid-sized technology companies, who are accustomed to managing diverse marketing activities independently, taking initiative, and turning ideas into measurable business results.The ideal candidate combines strong digital marketing expertise, creative thinking, technical understanding, and the ability to execute marketing initiatives from concept to completion.Working closely with management, Sales, Product, and technical teams, the Global Marketing Manager will play a key role in strengthening OFIL's global presence and supporting business growth.Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Strategy & Execution Develop and execute global B2B marketing plans aligned with business objectives. Proactively identify opportunities, initiate creative marketing activities, and take ownership of their execution. Manage multiple marketing initiatives independently, from planning to measurable results.Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Plan, create, and execute digital marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Ads, email marketing, and other relevant channels. Drive lead generation and support international sales activities. Manage website content, social media, SEO, and marketing automation. Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize results.Content Creation & Product Marketing Independently gather technical information from Product Managers and translate it into engaging marketing content. Write, create, design, and publish marketing materials, including presentations, brochures, newsletters, videos, and digital content. Develop creative marketing concepts and compelling product messaging. Lead product launches, including positioning, marketing materials, and promotional campaigns.International Exhibitions & Events Plan, coordinate, and execute international exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events. Develop creative event concepts, promotional materials, and supporting marketing campaigns. Manage event preparation, execution, and follow-up activities.Marketing Innovation & Performance Apply AI tools to improve content creation, campaign development, and marketing efficiency. Track marketing KPIs, analyze results, and identify opportunities for improvement. Continuously introduce new ideas, digital tools, and innovative marketing approaches.Requirements Proven hands-on marketing experience in a small or mid-sized technology company – highly preferred. Experience in international B2B marketing. Strong practical experience in digital marketing, campaign management, and lead generation – a must. Practical experience and strong knowledge of AI tools for marketing – a must. Demonstrated creativity and the ability to independently develop and execute marketing initiatives. Strong copywriting, content creation, storytelling, and visual communication skills. Experience in product marketing and product launches. Experience in planning and managing exhibitions and industry events. Ability to understand technical products and translate complex information into clear, compelling marketing messages. Experience with digital marketing platforms, analytics, and marketing automation. Experience in marketing technology products – a strong advantage. Knowledge of the electrical power and energy sector – an advantage. Excellent written and verbal English.
