Director of Finance

What are we looking for?

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Director of Finance to lead our company's financial operations and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. Working directly with the CFO to ensure the financial health of the company and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data, you will play a vital role in the growth and success of our company.

Your responsibilities will include:

Lead the preparation and analysis of financial statements - Monthly , Quarterly , Annually
Manage all closing procedures, including reconciling accounts and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
Manage and supervise the bookkeeper’s work, ensure accuracy and meet timelines.
Oversee payroll and benefits administration, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Monitor and manage cash flow, expenses, billing, and collection.
Develop and implement financial policies, procedures and internal controls to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records.
Lead the coordination of audits and internal audit , ensuring compliance and providing necessary documentation.
Prepare and file tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
Collaborate with internal departments to gather financial data, provide insights, and support decision-making.

Academic and professional experience

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, CPA (Big4) - a must
More than 4 years of experience as a controller (after internship)
Strong knowledge of US GAAP and tax regulations
Strong analytical skills
Proficiency in SAP BusinessOne - advantage
