Senior User Acquisition Manager

The opportunity

Supersonic is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior User Acquisition (UA) Manager to join our Gaming discovery and reward activity. In this position, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing comprehensive user acquisition strategies across various UA channels, for our non-gaming applications. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, to optimize performance and drive user growth.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who is data-driven, hands-on and possesses strong analytical skills.

What you'll be doing

Hands on in planning, execution, and optimization of UA campaigns across various channels, such as social media, SDK networks, DSPs, incentivized channels etc, while ensuring alignment with business goals and marketing objectives.
Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives and marketing assets that effectively engage and convert the target audience and maintain strategic relationships with key acquisition partners.
ASO Operations: optimizing app metadata, conducting keyword research, and implementing strategies to improve app rankings and conversion rates.
Manage fast-paced and dynamic projects in a highly organized manner and drive continuous innovation and experimentation in UA strategies and tactics to achieve optimal results.
Data Analysis (Identifying trends, opportunities, discrepancies).

What we're looking for

3+ years in mobile user acquisition and ad buying analysis experience at scale in a gaming company
Hands on experience in campaign management on self-served platforms - a Must
Excellent data analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and derive actionable insights.
Strategic mindset with the ability to think critically, develop innovative UA strategies and adapt to changing market dynamics.
Up-to-date knowledge of UA platforms and UA strategies and deep understanding of mobile attribution
