As a IT Engineer on our Cloud Engineering team, you'll be the linchpin for operational excellence, ensuring our infrastructure runs smoothly and our team members have seamless technical experiences. You'll own critical IT operations, directly impacting system stability and team efficiency, and freeing up senior engineers for high-impact strategic initiatives. This is a hands-on role where you'll be deeply integrated into the daily rhythm of one of Fiverr's core engineering departments.

You possess strong capabilities in managing the full user lifecycle, from technical onboarding to secure offboarding, ensuring a positive and efficient experience.
You bring a proactive approach to IT systems maintenance, demonstrating a knack for identifying potential issues and implementing preventative measures.
You excel at generalist IT support, with a proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of technical issues independently.
You have a strong command of troubleshooting and escalation protocols, knowing when and how to engage senior technical experts for complex challenges.
You thrive in collaborative environments, working effectively with team members to achieve shared operational goals.

Nice to have

Familiarity with cloud infrastructure concepts.
Experience with IT asset management.
Basic scripting or automation skills for IT tasks.

What am I going to do?:

Lead and own the end-to-end technical onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring seamless transitions for new hires and secure departures for departing team members.
Proactively manage and execute routine systems maintenance for IT infrastructure and office hardware, aiming to prevent downtime before it impacts operations.
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal IT requests, independently resolving common issues and expertly escalating complex problems to senior technical resources.
Deeply embed yourself within the Cloud Engineering team's daily routines and meetings to anticipate needs and provide timely, relevant IT support.
Collaborate closely with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to streamline IT processes and improve overall operational efficiency.
Continuously identify opportunities to optimize proactive system upkeep and user lifecycle management.
