About the Role:

We’re looking for a data-driven Product Manager to help scale and optimize Pagaya’s indirect loans product line. You’ll partner closely with Data Scientists, and Partnerships teams to analyze origination trends, execute product strategy, and improve performance across the full origination funnel-from application submission to loan funding including marketing efforts.

This is a high-impact role for someone with a passion for solving complex business problems using data and driving innovation in the personal loans space.

Working with clients in the US

Responsibilities

Work closely with data scientists, engineers, partnership, analysts and other stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into clear and actionable requirements for the auto product.
Collaborate to understand key drivers of origination performance, including application volume, approval rates, pull-through rates etc
Work with stakeholders to determine product feature enhancements and prioritization
Evaluate the impact of pricing, verifications, and underwriting changes on loan approvals and funded volumes
Identify opportunities to optimize consumer experience and expand Pagaya’s footprint.
Develop insights into credit quality, borrower behavior, and lender performance by segment, region, and channel.
Collaborate cross-functionally to guide roadmap priorities, support go-to-market initiatives, and track product success metrics.
Translate complex data sets into clear business recommendations and executive-level reporting.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a technical, quantitative, or business-related field; Master’s preferred.
4+ Years of experience as B2B/B2B2C Product Manager
Experience in fintech consumer lending, or auto finance; indirect auto lending experience strongly preferred.
Experience with statistical modeling, ML.
English- Professional
Understanding of the auto lending lifecycle, including dealer submissions, stipulation handling, pricing strategies, and funding mechanics- Advantage
Ability to distill complex data into concise narratives and actionable recommendations.
Comfort working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, data-rich environment.
