Learn more at https://www.jnj.com/medtechWe are searching for the best talent for Operational Excellence Leader to be in YokneamJob Description:Translating site and operations needs and strategy into multi disciplinary work planBuilding integrative work plans and maintaining them regularlyLead organizational excellence and continues improvement planWill lead site operations risk management, analyzing bottlenecks, and critical pathsSynchronizing work interfaces in multiple activities on site operations and servicesCreating a comprehensive project status and providing visibility to management and clients for major projectsLead site operations indicators and data management : KPI’S , Annual and quarterly work plans, Indicators and moreprovide standardized processes, methodologies, and tools to enhance project execution and success while also facilitating communication and collaboration among project stakeholders.Key Functions of a PMO:Governance: Establishing project management policies and frameworks.Support: Offering resources, tools, and training for project managers.Monitoring: Tracking project performance and providing reports to stakeholders.Coordinate: Managing the portfolio of projects to align with business objectives.Job Requirements:BSc in Industrial Engineering and Management, or alternatively, economical, or logistical degreeAt least 7 years of experience in a similar position in large corp. organizations – requiredFamiliarity with Lean planning and control methodologies – Agile/Lean/Six SigmaFamiliarity with planning and control tools such as MS Project/Primavera – requiredSystemic thinking, ability to analyze and understand processesExcellent interpersonal communication, creativity, and ability to work both independently and in a teamProven track record of overseeing complex projects and initiatives and driving organizational changeStrong capacities in Microsoft , SAP , AI and Business administration toolsFluent EnglishExcellent presentations skills#LI-LM5
