Date: 16 Mar 2025Region: IsraelAs one of the largest SAP Cloud People Solutions consulting firms in the EMEA region, AKT is expanding its team in Israel and recruiting for an SAP SuccessFactors Functional Consultant covering HR and Talent suite; e.g., Employee Central, Time-Off, Recruiting, Onboarding 2.0, Performance and Goals Management, LMS, Compensation and Variable Pay modules.SAP SuccessFactors is a cloud-based software for Human Capital Management, supporting topics in Human Resources, such as learning management systems, payroll, talent management, analytics, workforce planning, and more.This is a customer facing role, open for a full-time and remote position to candidates based in Israel.Key Responsibilities:Contribute to the process design and technical activities required across the full project implementation lifecycle (according to AKT’s defined methodologies) of SAP SuccessFactorsDesign the technical solutions for customer projectsRun process discussions and guide customers around best practicesWork closely with the customer on the detailed design, testing and training sessionsPrepare and own all technical documents, including process-flows workbooks and test scenarios based on the designAct as first line of contact to the customer for any technical/solution topicsResponsible for functional requirements for reports and simple interfacesLiaise on design decisions to the technical teams and provide timely clarifications when neededAlign and work closely with project managers, other consultants and relevant team members to ensure seamless implementation of concurrent projectsTrack the progress of the technical build and communicate the progress with the project manager(s)Job Requirements:Certified in SAP SuccessFactors modulesMinimum 3 years of experience working with SAP SuccessFactorsExperience in implementing SAP SuccessFactorsExperience working directly with customers and managing their requirementsWilling to travel to and work within customer workplaces (limited and pre-planned)Professional presentation and communication skills (both written and oral)Language skills: Hebrew and English (fluent verbal and written) Personal Skills:A quick learnerTeam player with strong commitment to accomplish tasks and goalsAmbitious, driven, self-motivated, flexible and able to meet tight deadlinesOrganized and autonomous, being able to multitask and prioritize tasksCapable to take initiative, exercise sound judgment and results-orientedStrong analytical and persuasive skillsCustomer-oriented and flexibleDesire to learn and grow quicklyAKT Offers:A wide range of benefits and opportunities for career growthRealistic growth opportunities into either technical practices or business consulting environmentFlexible working hoursStimulating and collaborative working environmentInternal knowledge transfer, training, and coaching by our dynamic team of consultants and expertsInternational business environment (offices in the UK, DACH, India, France, North America, Israel, and Czech Republic)
