Junior English copyeditor

Job description:
This is a full-time (five shifts a week), on-site junior English copyeditor role, primarily for evening shifts, including weekends. There will be an option to transition to remote work once training is completed. The copyeditor will research and edit news items, features, opinion pieces, and more for the daily newspapers, magazines, and website.

Salary:
NIS 40 an hour

Requirements:
Proficiency in copyediting skills that ensure readers can follow written content easily. Attention to detail, syntax, and grammar – a must Familiarity with Israeli history and politics – a must Experience in the media industry – an advantage A relevant degree, such as English, or comparable experience – an advantage
