ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Hands-on Performance Marketing Team Lead to take ownership of a brand / customer activity, combining P&L ownership, hands-on media management, direct management of a small performance marketing team, customer communication and growth.
This is a hands-on role that includes leading a small media team of 1–2 people, while being deeply involved in day-to-day campaign management, performance analysis, experiments and optimization. The role also includes prioritizing and syncing all relevant teams — Media, CRO and Creative — around the same goals.
Our office is located in Kiryat Ono. This is a hybrid position, including two work-from-home days per week.

Requirements

Hands-on Performance Marketing: 5+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing and campaign management.
Proven hands-on experience managing and optimizing PPC campaigns, particularly on Meta Ads and Google Ads.
Experience independently managing significant advertising budgets and scaling profitable campaigns.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Solid understanding of key performance metrics, including ROAS, CPA, CPC, and conversion rates.
Experience developing and executing A/B tests and performance optimization strategies.
A creative, proactive, and results-driven mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently, take ownership, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Leadership: Experience leading or managing a small team- a plus

Responsibilities

Own the brand’s P&L.
Manage the media team directly.
Stay hands-on in campaign management, performance analysis, optimization and ongoing media activity.
Prioritize and sync all teams relevant to the brand, including Media, CRO and Creative.
Partner with the Business Development team to manage customer communication and relationships.
Lead customer development and growth: identify opportunities for growth, additional platforms, creative directions, funnels or other business opportunities.
Lead cross-functional meetings, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and execution across all stakeholders.
Prepare monthly business reviews for management, including performance against goals, project updates, key risks, and growth opportunities.
