We are looking for a Automation Team Lead for an exciting and challenging position!

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Netanya.

Job requirements

Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in QA automation, with demonstrable proficiency in designing and implementing automation frameworks.
Familiarity with developing both frontend and backend testing (UI, API, Integration, component)Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
Experience with industry-standard automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium, JUnit, TestNG).
Proven leadership experience, with the ability to lead a team of QA automation engineers effectively.
Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field - Advantage
Certification in QA or testing-related disciplines (e.g., ISTQB) - Advantage
