HRBP + TA Manager - replacement for at least one year

Job Description

A combination of HRBP & Recruitment Manager:

as 50% of the time - HRBP - full responsibility for the employee's life cycle in the organization, accompanying and advising employees and managers at all levels, leading and implementing organizational processes and human resources routines.
as 50% of the time - TA manager - leading the full recruitment cycle & Employer Brand activity, including the management of one Recruiting Coordinator.

This is a replacement for two periods of maternity leaves, so the position is for at least one year, with an option to be extended, or being permanent.

Qualifications

At least 3 years as a HRBP from a mid-sized company. (& At least 2 positions after the first degree) - Mandatory
A significant experience in recruitment & TA full cycle - Mandatory.
Passion for Employer Branding methods such as - social media, and Internal communication.
The position is not suitable for Recruitment Coordinator and other Junior positions.
