Our Operations team leads the day-to-day logistical running of our company, be it transport, office needs, or ongoing support. Lightricks Operations is a global team that manages all the behind-the-scenes work necessary to maintain vibrant and creative office environments for our employees worldwide. The team also supports our employee experience team with logistic needs with swag, parties, company events, and food. We provide a strong infrastructure that allows all other teams to create, deliver, and meet their goals.

What you will be doing

Execution of routine logistical and operation tasks, monitoring progress, and resolving problems

Managing and arranging warehouse inventory

Receiving goods from suppliers and coordinating their delivery

Working with internal organizational interfaces

Transporting products to employees within the company premises

Improving and implementing logistics processes

Your skills and experience

Minimum of one year's experience in the field of operational logistics

Hands-on approach to technical and maintenance issues

Exceptional attention to detail and resiliency

Planning and managing projects with multiple interfaces

Ability to analyze and generate reports using Excel

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work with multiple stakeholders, and provide exceptional service

The role involves physical work and occasionally will consist of 6 days work a week (if necessary)

The ability to speak English is an advantage
