Operations Coordinator | Herzliya Area

Mertens - MalamTeam is hiring an Operations Coordinator for a leading organization in the Herzliya area.

The role involves end-to-end supply chain coordination, purchasing, import shipments, inventory control, logistics, and ongoing collaboration with suppliers, customers, and internal departments in a dynamic, multitasking environment.

Responsibilities:

Enter purchase orders into the system

Handle and track air and sea import shipments

Provide status updates and resolve issues in real time

Coordinate deliveries, shipment receipts, and customer order picking

Handle regulatory processes

Monitor company inventory across logistics warehouses

Provide ongoing support to customers and relevant internal departments

Track and coordinate the entire supply chain process from end to end

Handle special projects as required in a dynamic company environment

Coordinate goods transportation

Work with suppliers and customers

Manage inventory control, including receipts, inventory movements, and order picking

Requirements:

At least 2 years of professional experience in Supply Chain, Import, and Logistics

Experience working with the Standards Institute regarding the import of electronic products

Proactive approach and willingness to learn

Good level of English

Knowledge and understanding of the PRIORITY system

Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office with an emphasis on Excel

Thoroughness and accuracy

Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team
