HR Specialist

Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and experienced HR Specialist to join our dynamic team, to support and implement HR processes, foster a positive company culture, and manage day-to-day HR operations in a growing tech environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Employee Welfare: Develop and oversee welfare programs, benefits administration, and employee engagement initiatives.
Employee Lifecycle: Manage onboarding, engagement, development, and offboarding processes, ensuring a positive employee experience throughout.
Employee Retention: Organize and conduct regular feedback sessions, helping employees feel heard and valued.
HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records and manage benefits.
Training and Development: Coordinate professional development programs and promote a learning culture.
HR Projects: Initiate, develop and execute projects to enhance company culture, employee satisfaction, and retention.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in a similar HR role within the tech/startup sector – Must.
Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Ability to manage confidential information with integrity.
Fluency in Hebrew and English, both written and spoken.
Strong communicator with outstanding interpersonal skills.
Open-minded, flexible, and solution-oriented with a positive attitude.
Proficient in multitasking and effectively managing priorities.
Familiarity with HR software (e.g., HRIS).
In-depth knowledge of Israeli Labor laws.
