Job Description/Preferred Qualifications

As a Planner at KLA, you will be responsible to lead and manage end to end the production plan to enable and meet customer needs and according to leading Operational KPIs
You will work closely with other disciplines including Global service team, Purchasing, Engineering, Logistics, Production, Quality, Finance and R&D.

Build accurate production plan for meeting demand while maintaining production and inventory policies established by analyzing performance, identifying trends, proposing alternatives, and real-time risk management eliminating delivery risks along the supply chain.
MRP release and BOM management (NPI and ECO).
Work to resolve labor and material shortages, backlogs and other potential schedule interruptions. Identify, negotiate, and resolve conflicts of supply (materials and capacity) to ensure optimal outcome of production plan.
Inventory management:
Determine inventory policy
Analyzing inventory trends
Material utilization
Physical count

Minimum Qualifications

BSc in industrial & management engineering or equivalent
Up to 3 years of experience in multidisciplinary planning/operations/supply chain
Excellent interpersonal communication skills
Excellent English - writing, speaking & reading
High analytical skills and ability to work with advanced analysis BI tools & Excel
Ability to work independently, under pressure and in a group
highly organized with the ability to meet deadlines
Experience with ERP - SAP
Independent, assertive, “Out of the box” thinker, problem solver
