Production Planning and Control Manager

Job Description

• Lead production planning, scheduling, and production control activities.

• Develop production plans based on demand, inventory, and capacity.

• Manage production orders, inventory availability, and planning activities in Priority ERP.

• Coordinate planning priorities across Operations, Purchasing, Engineering, Quality, Logistics, and Sales.

• Monitor production performance, resolve bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvement.

• Lead and develop the Production Planning team.

• Ensure on-time delivery, inventory accuracy, and compliance with company procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in Production Planning, Production Control, or Supply Chain Planning.

• Previous managerial experience.

• Strong hands-on experience with Priority ERP and MRP processes.

• Strong knowledge of production planning, inventory management, and supply chain operations.

• Experience in a manufacturing environment.

• Advanced Excel skills.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

• Fluent English.

• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, ISO, or AS9100 is an advantage.
