Delivery Manager

CodeValue is looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to join us!

Main Responsibilities:

Manage employees in a matrix structure software organization
Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors
The position is a full-time job and we are located in Herzliya
Upsell and cross-sell existing Customers

Requirements:

At least 2 years of Account Management experience -must
Employee matrix management experience -must
Cross-sell & Up-sell experience – must
Project management experience - must
Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs, within the Israeli software technology sector
Technical project management in software development or IT technologies- Advantage
Business background
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, both in Hebrew and English
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking
Strong customer and employee service orientation
Bachelor's degree in a related field
Graduate degree/MBA – an advantage
