What We're Looking For

We are seeking a talented Marketing Designer with 4+ years of experience to join our fast-paced and dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong design sensibility, branding expertise, and the ability to work quickly without compromising quality. You should possess a creative mindset, be comfortable solving design challenges, and have experience collaborating with various teams. Knowledge of motion design is a plus, as is a demonstrated ability to work across various media formats.

What you'll do

Design marketing materials across multiple channels, including digital campaigns, social media, email, sometimes print, and more.
Collaborate closely with internal marketing teams, product teams, and external studios to develop creative assets that align with brand objectives.
Contribute to and help maintain our design system, ensuring consistency and quality across all design outputs.
Provide creative solutions to support product launches, promotions, and brand campaigns.
Stay up to date with industry trends and apply new techniques and best practices to enhance our visual identity.

What you bring

4+ years of experience in marketing design, with a portfolio showcasing a strong grasp of branding, visual communication, digital products, and advertising assets (banners, interactive widgets, high-converting landing pages) — a must
Proficiency in key design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or equivalent software.
Strong eye for design, with a focus on typography, color and layout, and social media.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, delivering high-quality designs under tight deadlines.
Knowledge of motion design is an advantage.
Creative thinking — a passion for generating fresh ideas and innovative design solutions.
Collaborative mindset — Proven ability to work effectively with internal marketing and product teams, as well as external studios and vendors.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to present creative ideas clearly.
Attention to detail and capacity to work independently.
Experience in After Effects and Animate — advantage
Excellent communication skills in English.
