Bookkeeper

Alexander Muss High School in Israel is looking for a Bookkeeper that will be a part of the financial management team.

The position is in Hod Hasharon, a part time position.

Job description:

Be responsible for all supplier payments and book entries
Petty cash
Reconciliation of bank and credit card accounts
Invoice registration
Assisting with any other professional task as will be instructed by the company's Controller

Qualifications

Bookkeeping certificate type 3
Two years of experience as a bookkeeper
ERP knowledge - advantage
Excellent computer skills and administrative skills, particularly in the area of data entry
Attention to details
Good level of English
A team member
Strong interpersonal skills
