Senior Bookkeeper

An innovative and growing Ag-Tech company is looking for an experienced Senior Bookkeeper to independently manage the company’s full accounting operations.

This is a hands-on, end-to-end role with full responsibility for bookkeeping processes, financial records, and ongoing accounting activities.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage full-cycle bookkeeping operations up to trial balance.

* Handle accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, collections, and payments.

* Perform bank and credit card reconciliations.

* Prepare monthly and annual tax reports.

* Manage month-end and year-end closing processes.

* Work closely with suppliers, customers, and external accountants.

* Maintain accurate financial records and improve accounting processes.

Requirements:

* Certified Level 3 Bookkeeper – Mandatory.

* At least 8 years of hands-on bookkeeping experience.

* Proven experience as an independent or sole bookkeeper.

* Strong knowledge of full-cycle bookkeeping up to trial balance.

* Full proficiency in Priority ERP – Mandatory.

* Experience with tax reporting and statutory compliance.

* Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and the ability to work independently.

* Experience with digital accounting systems – An advantage.
