Description
We’re seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) with a hunter’s mindset and excellent communication skills to play a critical role in generating new business opportunities in the EMEA and AMER regions.
As a BDR, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers, responsible for identifying prospects, understanding their needs, and setting the stage for successful partnerships.
Responsibilities
Identify and qualify potential customers through outbound prospecting efforts, including cold calls, emails, and social media outreach.
Conduct initial discovery calls to understand customer challenges, needs, and goals.
Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless handoff of qualified leads.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce).
Stay up to date on Bright Data’s solutions, market trends, and competitive landscape.
Collaborate with marketing to follow up on inbound leads and nurture prospects.
Consistently meet or exceed performance metrics, including lead generation and meeting quotas.
Requirements
1–2 years of experience in a BDR role / lead generation / doing something similar.
Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales enablement platforms.
Technical orientation with the ability to learn and articulate complex technical solutions effectively.
Fluent English is mandatory. Additional languages, such as French, German, Dutch, are a big advantage.
Familiarity with the data industry, web scraping, or data-driven solutions is a big advantage.
