We are seeking an experienced Director to lead our Learning, Development, and Quality of Service Group. This pivotal role will oversee three global teams—Knowledge, Training, and Quality of Service, ensuring alignment with our operation units and Payoneer's strategic goals. The Director will manage diverse, cross-regional teams and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders to deliver operational excellence. The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to maintain a holistic view while managing multiple projects in a dynamic environment.

What you'll be spending your time on:

Lead and manage the Knowledge, Training, and Quality of Service teams across global regions, ensuring they operate cohesively and deliver on organizational goals.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance learning, knowledge sharing, and quality of service practices across the organization.
Work closely with stakeholders across departments to ensure alignment with business goals and manage complex, cross-functional projects.
Oversee the creation and implementation of training programs, quality frameworks, and knowledge management platforms that are scalable and adaptable to diverse regional needs.
Monitor KPIs (key performance indicators) to measure the effectiveness of training, knowledge, and quality initiatives, ensuring continuous improvement.
Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous learning within the global teams.
Maintain a data-driven approach to decision-making, ensuring that projects and initiatives are backed by meaningful insights.
Ensure effective communication with senior management, including regular reporting and holding meetings when necessary to keep leadership informed and aligned.
Ensure effective communication and reporting between global teams and headquarters, aligning local customizations with global strategies.

Have you done this kind of stuff?

10+ years of proven experience and strong background in managing large global L&D or knowledge teams
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills; a "people's person" who can inspire and motivate teams.
Excellent multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strategic thinker with the ability to maintain a holistic view.
Ability to work cross-regionally with diverse stakeholders, adapting strategies to meet regional needs while maintaining global consistency.
Proficiency in English (verbal and written) is a must; the role involves working exclusively in English across global teams.
Experience in communicating with senior management, including preparing reports, presentations, and leading meetings when required.
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA or similar) preferred.
Data-driven, with the ability to analyze metrics and drive improvements based on insights.
