Our Team:

The Core Engineering group specializes in developing EverC's Data & (Gen) AI-based detection capabilities, processing millions of data points daily. Identifying threats, revealing patterns, and seizing opportunities are our core objectives. Maintaining a robust and reliable data infrastructure is paramount to our success.

Your opportunity:

We are looking for a passionate Technical Leader with experience in developing data centered products to join our team. You will play a key role in enhancing the core detection capabilities and designing an efficient and scalable data pipeline to help the company grow and meet current and future customer expectations

As a Team Lead at EverC you’ll be expected to:

· Define the team’s development process, technological vision and practices

· Work closely with the team’s Product Manager to set priorities and manage the backlog

· Serve as a mentor to team members to help them achieve their goals

· Support the team growth by growing existing members and hiring additional ones

· Be partially hands-on (as much as time allocation permits)

Your day-to-day:

· Lead the team’s daily workflow

· Design, develop and influence how we process data at scale, together with amazing people.

· Work closely with Other leads & Product Managers to coordinate and prioritize the company’s strategic product initiatives

· Crete an efficient development process which learns and improves over time.

· Review code, architecture and data to identify and troubleshoot problems and areas for improvement and optimization.

· Pave the way for team members to success with their tasks.

Requirements :

Baseline qualifications:

· Management experience of 3+ years.

· Strong engineering background with 5+ years of hands on work record with relevant modern technologies (Java/Python/.NET etc)

· Experience working on a data centric product and understanding the life cycle of such development projects

· Experience with large-scale distributed systems in production.

· Experience with microservices-based architecture.

· Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS.

· Team player, hard worker, quick learner, independent and loves challenges.

· Fluent in English.

· Proven record as a mentor to others

· BSC in Computer Science or equivalent.

Preferred qualifications:

· Proficiency in Kubernetes

· Experience with streaming architectures based on Kafka/Kinesis etc

· Experience with Spark (Scala/PySpark)

· Experience with developing and deploying ML models – Strong advantage

· Experience with LLMs (Serving and fine tuning)

· Experience with CI/CD systems (Github Actions, ArgoCD).

· Experience with infrastructure tools such as Cloud Formation and Terraform.We strive for excellence across the globe
