We are seeking an FP&A Analyst to lead the FP&A field in our company

Key Responsibilities

Own the full P&L of the company and act as the point of contact, control, and follow-up on key finance activities and KPIs.
Annual budget plan and control.
Conduct analysis to compare actual results with forecast and budget.
Work with various departments to gather budget inputs and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
Conduct various ad-hoc analysis to support decision making processes.
Optimize FP&A processes with automozation and systems to meet the needs of a dynamic and fast-growing business environment.
Analyze financial data and create reports for management.
Identify financial trends, risks, and opportunities and communicate effectively to enable data-driven decisions.
Requirements

Core Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Economics/Accounting/Business Management or equivalent.
2-5 years of experience as a FP&A Analyst from global companies with high-growth.
Exceptional analytical skills.
Positive attitude, ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-learn and adapt to a fast changing environment.
English proficiency.
Proficient with Excel, g-suite\google sheets.
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Great-to-Have:

Experience with cloud activity monitoring.
Familiarity with the blockchain industry.
Knowledge in Priority systems.
