About the Role

We’re looking for an FP&A professional to join BlackEdge Group’s finance team and help shape how the group plans, prioritizes and grows.You will lead group-wide planning, forecasting and performance analysis, build financial models to support strategic and operational decisions, and partner with finance and business teams to turn complex data into actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders.This is a hands-on role with ownership of key analyses and the opportunity to continuously improve financial processes, models and frameworks, including through AI-powered workflows.

What You’ll Do

• Lead company-wide financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis.
• Build and maintain financial models, including scenario and sensitivity analyses, to support strategic and operational decisions.
• Analyze actual results against budget and forecast, identify key drivers and trends, and highlight risks and opportunities.
• Prepare management reports and performance reviews, translating complex financial data into clear, actionable insights.
• Partner with finance and business teams to align resource allocation with strategic priorities, while improving financial processes, models and planning frameworks.
• Build, integrate and scale AI-powered workflows to streamline financial modeling and complex data analysis.

What You’ll Need

• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 3+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance or a similar analytical role; prior Corporate FP&A experience is strongly preferred.
• Hands-on experience with company-wide budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and financial modeling, including revenue bridges and forecasting models.
• Strong business perspective and communication skills, with the ability to turn complex financial data into actionable recommendations and influence decisions through structured analysis and storytelling.
• A proactive, ownership-driven and collaborative approach, a continuous learning mindset, and comfort operating in a fast-paced environment.
• Practical experience using AI tools such as Claude or Gemini to enhance analytical work.

Nice to Have

• Experience in FP&A or corporate finance at a technology, FinTech or consumer-facing digital company.
• Familiarity with the mortgage and credit markets and their business models and financial drivers.
• Experience building financial planning processes or supporting a new business activity from planning through implementation and scale.

This is a full-time, office-based position in Tel Aviv. The position is open to all candidates.
