About the company:
Global luxurious automobile brand based in Petah Tikva.

The position:
• Manage 6 customer representatives.
• Concierge service : schedule test drive with VIP clientele
• Administrative tasks
• Improving performance
• Tracking KPI’s
• Continuous improvement within the team, and also customer support
• Report to the department manager.
• Sunday to Thursday with one Friday per fortnight

Requirements:

The ideal candidate:
• At least 1 year of experience as a customer representative team lead or manager
• Comfortable working with CRM
• Tech-savvy
• Customer-centric mindset
• A true leader
• Think outside of the box, pro-active, flexible.
• Experience with drafting report.
• Experience with collecting data.
• Ambassador of the brand inside and outside of the company’s walls
• Fluent Hebrew & English (speaking and writing)
