Development Team Lead

Role Description As Development Team Lead, you will play a crucial role in the development and enhancement of our product offerings. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining robust and scalable backend solutions. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in both back-end and front-end development, lead small teams as hands-on development of the latest technologies, and be capable of working independently and collaboratively within a cross-functional team. You will be hands-on 70% and managing the team 30%. Establish and architect cloud environments using code-based approaches. Actively participate in cloud-based development projects. Translate infrastructure requirements into executable code. 4 years of expertise in front-end development Node.JS. 2 years of expertise in JavaScript/Vue.js 3 years of expertise with MYSQL Experience with Agile development methodologies Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Great problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Experience with JIRA Advantages Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) Knowledge of microservices architecture Leadership skills Understanding of CI/CD pipelines Linux
