One Zero, the Digital Bank, is looking for an HR Operations Specialist to join our team. This role supports the HR department in day-to-day operational activities, including payroll processing, employee benefits administration, onboarding, office & facilities management and employer branding initiatives. The position requires working closely with multiple departments while providing excellent service to employees
Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in HR Operations or a similar role
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
Familiarity with payroll and welfare processes in an organization
Knowledge of Israeli labor laws
Experience with AI tools and applications
Full proficiency in Excel and Office tools
English – high level
Strong communication, organizational skills, and discretion
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
Excellent attention to detail and precision
Ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously
Efficiency and accuracy in task execution
Your Day-to-Day:
HR Administration & Payroll
Working with the payroll department - preparing monthly reports for payroll processing
Comprehensive management of employee attendance through the "Hilan" system - including processing time records, handling exceptions, and generating attendance
Providing ongoing support to employees regarding salary, vacations, workplace accidents, maternity leave and military reserve duty
Advantages:
