Love your job.We are looking for an Experienced Digital Design (DD) engineer to join our WiFi hardware team.Our team operates in an AI-driven environment where we leverage cutting-edge AI tools to enhance productivity, code quality, and reduce development timelines. You'll be expected to actively utilize and promote AI-assisted development practices within the team.What you'll do:In this role, you will work on defining, developing and debugging silicon micro-architecture design for TI’s wireless MCU products targeted at Industrial markets. You'll Deep dive into both low level and system level modules, ensure compliance with Architecture and various protocols specifications, collaborate with software, Architecture, Algorithm and design teams, and mentor junior members in the team.QualificationsRequirements:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical or Communication Engineering, or equivalent3+ years of hands-on RTL design experience, developing units and blocks from architectural specificationsProven experience delivering designs under challenging Power, Performance, and Area (PPA) constraintsExperience with verification debug, DMS and Gate-Level Simulations (GLS)Strong teamwork and communication skills - both written and verbal - with the ability to collaborate effectively across local and global teamsAdvantages:Familiarity with WiFi/BLE protocols, PHY-layer concepts, signal processing, and SoC architectureExperience with Clock Domain Crossing (CDC) and Reset Domain Crossing (RDC) design methodologiesHands-on experience with RTL synthesis, Static Timing Analysis (STA), and post-tapeout silicon activitiesSelf-motivated, with a proactive approach to learning and tackling complex engineering challengesWorking knowledge of AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code) for code development and debuggingTrack record of using AI tools to accelerate RTL development and debug analysisOur offer for you:Benefit from a competitive salary, yearly profit sharing (dependent on company success), flexible working hours, an unlimited contract from the beginning and many additional benefitsJoin an international work environment where your ideas count and where you can thrive in a diverse cultureExplore a world of opportunities for your personal and professional developmentAbout UsWhy TI?Engineer your future.
