HR Generalist Intern

Responsibilities

Data analysis: Pull and analyze HR reports, integrate insights, and provide clear recommendations using analytics and AI tools. Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in HR metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
Project management: Support the execution of HR programs and projects that enhance employee experience and operational excellence.
Partner with cross-functional teams to promote collaboration and continuous improvement.
Assist in implementing HR processes into the lived experiences of employees, managers, and leaders.
Champion the practical adoption of AI tools within the HR team.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Human Resources, MBA, or related field (graduation date July 2027 or later).
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, data analytics, business, statistics, or related discipline.
Hands-on experience using AI tools in academic or professional settings.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools.

Other Qualifications

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
Familiarity with HR processes and employee experience initiatives.
Exposure to project management and consulting practices.
Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative solutions.

***This role is a student position with a part-time commitment of around 40%

This position will be open for a minimum of 5 days, with applications accepted on an ongoing basis until the position is filled.
