* Administrative support, e.g. updating and maintaining employee database (Workday), contract amendments letters preparations, ensuring all personnel records are maintained accurately (hard & soft copies).
* Assist employees with using the HR system (workday).
* Coordination and organization trainings.
* Support in recruitment activity: tracking applicants CVs in Workday, posting jobs on social networks, and scheduling & coordinating interviews.
* Support with the training of new hires on their first day.
* Preparation of annual statistics reports.
* Assist HR Manager as needed with welfare and benefits administration.
* Help coordinate company parties and social events together with the support of admin. team.
* Support with CSR events and communication.
