We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition & HR Manager to lead our recruitment efforts and core HR initiatives globally. This is a 6-month maternity leave replacement role responsible for managing the end-to-end hiring process, as well as supporting performance management, compensation, and employee development. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.

What you will do:

Talent Acquisition:
Own the full-cycle recruitment process for all roles, including R&D and global hiring.
Conduct kickoff meetings with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies.
Source, attract, and engage top talent through various channels.
Conduct in-depth HR interviews to assess candidates' fit.
Manage job postings and employer branding efforts.
Facilitate the offer process, including salary negotiations and employment agreements.
Human Resources (HR)
Develop and implement the company's performance review process to drive employee growth.
Serve as a trusted partner for managers, providing guidance on employee relations, development, and team dynamics.
Support global compensation and benefits strategies to ensure market competitiveness.
Address employee concerns and provide solutions to HR-related dilemmas.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies across multiple regions.

Our Ideal candidate will have:

3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition in tech companies.
Proven track record in end-to-end recruitment in R&D global hiring.
Understanding of performance management, compensation, and benefits.
Experience working in a startup or fast-growing environment.
Experience working with Greenhouse.
Nice to have- Experience working with Culture amp
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate cross-functionally.
