Marketing Coordinator

We are looking for a marketing coordinator to become the main axis of our marketing activity. You are a critical team member, responsible for cross-functional project coordination across all aspects of marketing: content marketing, product marketing, demand generation, field marketing & channel marketing. You will also be accountable for all logistical aspects of marketing, including managing Asana, the project management platform, coordinating incentive programs, managing our WordPress website, and more.

What will you do:
• Manage Asana, our project management platform, A-Z: creating projects and tasks, assigning them to team members, following up with each team member to make sure they are done on time.
• Maintain the Cynet WordPress website, including updating new content and images, etc.
• Track and update the marketing budget, making sure we are on track with plans.
• Execute all logistical tasks involved in the marketing ongoing operations: tracking of bonuses, shipping of giveaways, etc.

• Comfortable working in a fast-moving company at hyper-growth stage, in a sometimes-hectic environment
