Marketing Specialist

FAI is hiring a Marketing Specialist to join our team.

FAI operates at the heart of the Israeli startup ecosystem, working closely with startups, founders, venture capital funds, investors, and leading industry partners.

We’re looking for someone with 2–3 years of marketing experience who is ready to take the next step - own projects independently, work across multiple marketing channels, and be part of a fast-moving environment where there’s always something new to build, launch, or bring to life.

This is a broad, hands-on marketing role with exposure to many different areas, including:

• Managing and creating content for social media channels
• Supporting and managing events, conferences, and ecosystem activities
• Managing marketing projects from idea to execution
• Supporting website content and ongoing updates
• Creating and coordinating video and creative content
• Developing partnerships and joint marketing initiatives
• Conducting market, competitor, and ecosystem research
• Working with external suppliers, designers, agencies, and partners
• Supporting launches, new initiatives, and companies across the FAI group

• 2–3 years of hands-on marketing experience
• Strong writing and content skills
• Experience with social media and digital marketing
• Ability to independently manage projects and move things forward
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects at once
• Creative, curious, proactive, and comfortable bringing new ideas to the table
• A hands-on mindset - someone who enjoys both thinking and executing
• Familiarity with tools such as Canva, email marketing platforms, AI tools, and digital marketing platforms is an advantage
