What you'll do:

Build, manage, and mentor a growing engineering team with a people-first culture.
Lead technical strategy and roadmap execution, balancing high-quality standards with fast-paced startup delivery.
Ensure robust, scalable architecture for our AI-driven healthcare solutions, proactively managing technical debts.
Champion best-in-class production standards, including code quality, thorough testing, and efficient deployment processes.
Foster transparency through clear communication about projects, tasks, and challenges.
Oversee secure and compliant cloud infrastructure (AWS), ensuring scalability and reliability.
Be an integral part of our founding team

Requirements:

What we're looking for:

7+ years of proven hands-on production-grade development experience.
5+ years of experience in managing high-performing engineering teams and delivering in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Customer-centric mindset with a strong commitment to understanding and addressing customer needs
Experience with scalable infrastructure and cloud providers.
Experience with large-scale SaaS production services, databases, and Big Data.
Experience implementing and managing DevOps practices and CI/CD architecture.
Strong understanding of data engineering, data pipelines, and MLOps
Experience building products that revolve around data ingest and analytics.
Strong technical craft mastery and engineering discipline.
