BARZILAI Exhibition Experts, a fast-growing and dynamic exhibition design & production house delivering exceptional exhibition stands worldwide, is seeking a highly motivated, enthusiastic, and experienced \*\*French-speaking Account Manager\* to join our team. This individual will lead and manage the day-to-day support of our French-speaking customers’ accounts while contributing to the company’s global success.

### \*Responsibilities:\*

- Serve as the \*primary point of contact\* for BARZILAI’s French-speaking clients, ensuring exceptional customer experience and satisfaction.

- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver designs and solutions that meet \*show regulations\*, client needs, and objectives.

- Oversee the integration of \*new clients\* and foster long-term relationships with existing clients to identify upselling opportunities.

- Provide \*customer service and technical support\*, ensuring the successful optimization of client accounts.

- Represent the company professionally in client meetings, calls, and on-site at exhibitions.

### \*Requirements:\*

- \*Fluency in French\* (verbal and written) is mandatory. Proficiency in English is required. Knowledge of German is a plus.

- Proven experience in \*account management\*, preferably in the exhibitions, events, or design industries.

- Strong client relationship skills with a focus on \*customer satisfaction\* and retention.

- Demonstrated ability to manage \*projects\* efficiently, from planning to follow-up.

- \*Sales and negotiation skills\* to drive business growth.

- Problem-solving abilities and experience handling \*complex customer scenarios\*.

- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.

- Availability to \*travel internationally\* at least six times a year.

This is a \*full-time in-house\* position at our studio located in \*Moshav Talmey Menashe\*, just a few minutes from Rishon Lezion. A personal means of transportation is required.
