Description:
As a member of our Engineering team, you will have a unique opportunity to make an impact on the design, architecture, and implementation of cutting-edge SaaS products, built to prevent phishing attacks at scale.
Responsibilities:

Join the Platform development team at IRONSCALES, responsible for next generation architecture for large scale, cloud based, micro-services architecture for cutting-edge cyber security platform.
Work with Development and DevOps teams to plan, design, and build the infrastructure components and processes for fast-paced development, extensible platform, team enablement, ensuring high quality, robust, and secure platform.
Be a key member in our Backend Engineering Guild, introduce best-practices, tools, and infrastructure components, review designs, mentor and guide new backend engineers.
Establish best practices, mentor and inspire your colleagues to adopt engineering excellence.
Become a subject matter expert on architecture, performance, and optimization.

Requirements:

3+ years of SW Infrastructure experience
Proven experience in AI Driven Software Engineering, agentic development lifecycle, building skills, MCPs, and AI agents.
Experienced in planning and leading projects in Agile manner, pragmatic, business-oriented, and team player.
Experienced with modern Cloud and software stack, CI/CD, DevX, Micro-Services architecture, Kubernetes, high scale and low latency processing.
5+ years of backend development experience, including at least 2 years in Python.
Experienced with message brokers, synchronous and asynchronous processing, relational and non-relational databases.
BSc or BA in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
