Backend Developer (Node.js)

🚀 We’re Hiring: Backend Developer (Node.js)

We are looking for an experienced Backend Developer to join a team and develop scalable, event-driven backend services in a complex enterprise environment.

The role involves developing and maintaining Node.js-based Microservices, processing events from multiple banking systems, integrating distributed applications, designing technical solutions, and troubleshooting complex production issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services using Node.js and JavaScript.
• Design and implement Event-Driven Microservices architectures.
• Develop and maintain integrations between multiple enterprise systems.
• Work with Kafka and/or RabbitMQ for event processing and messaging.
• Develop REST APIs and integrate SQL / NoSQL databases.
• Investigate complex technical issues, analyze logs, and troubleshoot distributed systems.
• Design scalable and reliable technical solutions.
• Utilize AI-powered development tools while critically evaluating and validating generated outputs.
• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders.

Requirements – Must Have

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in Backend development using Node.js.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript.
• At least 2 years of experience developing Microservices.
• At least 2 years of experience working with Kafka and/or RabbitMQ.
• At least 2 years of experience developing REST APIs and working with SQL / NoSQL databases.
• At least 1 year of experience writing Unit and Integration tests.
• Proven experience using AI tools for software design, development, and testing, including identifying and correcting errors in AI-generated outputs.
• Familiarity with Swagger / OpenAPI.
• Strong system-level thinking, technical design, and complex troubleshooting skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with MongoDB.
• Familiarity with Elasticsearch and Kibana for monitoring and log analysis.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes environments.
• Experience with TypeScript.
• Experience with React.
