Software Engineering Manager- Azure Log Analytics

Job Summary: As an Engineering Group Manager in Azure Log Analytics, you will lead a team of managers and engineers to drive the development and operations of Azure Log Analytics services. You will be responsible for strategic planning, product development, and ensuring service reliability and performance. Your role will involve close collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet the needs of our customers.

Responsibilities
Lead and mentor managers, fostering an environment of growth and development.
Oversee the engineering efforts to enhance Azure Log Analytics capabilities, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and security.
Collaborate with product management and other stakeholders to align on product vision, roadmap, and priorities.
Drive operational excellence, including monitoring, incident response, and service optimization.
Engage with customers and partners to gather feedback and incorporate it into service improvements.
Qualifications
Proven experience in managing technical teams and developing managers.
Strong technical background in software development, cloud services, and big data technologies.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to drive team performance and innovation.
Experience with Azure services is an advantage.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
